The developers of NAMMO reached out after their announcement trailer debuted on IGN with huge fanfare, following their strong showing at Tokyo Game Show (TGS). Despite this success, their social presence was minimal, and they lacked a clear plan for moving forward, due to being worried about what to show next after such a positive reveal. My guidance focused on building their confidence in their message, helping them realize the issue was not the game (which people loved), but the lack of a structured path to continue showing it.
I helped them break down their initial success and translate those core hooks into a proactive, bitesize content strategy. This included guidance on detailed Steam page optimization and targeted press and influencer outreach for their follow-up campaign. This complete approach provided the small team with the clear, confident direction needed to secure long-term growth.
