Hypercharge: Unboxed initially faced an uphill battle after its early access launch. Low player engagement, lackluster reviews, and minimal press coverage signaled a need for a change in direction. I led a multi-year strategy, working closely with the developers to ensure the game’s overall vision was aligned with what players wanted and what would excite the market.

The result? A #2 top-selling hit on Steam two years post-launch, driving hundreds of thousands of wishlists and sales, and securing major press and influencer coverage through viral organic marketing campaigns. I then led successful marketing campaigns across Xbox (100,000+ copies sold in under a month), PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, securing major press and influencer coverage along the way.
